Kroger hasn’t had a Downtown supermarket in more than 45 years. It closed its store at 618 Race St. on Dec. 27, 1969. That streak has ended! One block east of Kroger’s headquarters, the two-story supermarket will anchor an 18-story project developed by the Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC). It will house 139 apartments and a six-story, 555-space parking garage.
Jigsaw Solutions is happy to be working with Parks OV Electric and Turner Construction on the BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordination of this project, which will prove to be a strong contribution to the growth of downtown Cincinnati.
