Jigsaw Solutions is eager to be working on two new fire stations in Colerain Township! Fire Station 26 will be approximately 15,000 sq ft, while Fire Station 102 will be 12,000 sq ft. Both stations will include four drive-thru vehicle bays that are two vehicles deep, office areas, living quarters, meeting space, and storage. General living quarters will include a day room, kitchen, and central dining. The conference room will accommodate a minimum of fifteen in a classroom setting. Individual bunk rooms and restrooms will accommodate up to twelve people at Station 26 and eight people at Station 102, with a physical fitness room suitable for at least six users at the same time.
We will be partnering again with United Electric on Fire Station 26, and B&J Electric on Fire Station 102, to handle the electrical coordination effort on this project led by Pepper Construction.
