The Pendry Cincinnati is converting the 1913 Beaux-Arts Gwynne Building into a 168-room hotel. Upon completion of the hotel, there will be an estimated 168 guestrooms, including spacious suites, four unique lounges, restaurant and bar experiences—including a rooftop beer garden and café. The hotel includes 6,500 square feet of indoor meetings and event space, including a 3,000-square-foot ballroom. The hotel will also feature fitness center equipped with Peloton and Technogym, and will have Spa Pendry Cincinnati.
Jigsaw Solutions is eager to partner again with HGC Construction as their VDC Manager in coordinating construction on this project with TP Mechanical, Kings Electric, Summit Fire, and American Sound.
